Outside food is not allowed.

Late Arrival

Entry is permitted only up to 30 minutes past the slot time.

Arrivals later than this will be treated as cancellations with no refund.

Cancellation & Refund

Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, refunded, rescheduled or transferred.

Please read the refund policy before booking.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your visit, contact Zootopia at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

A weekend or public holiday pre-booked slot cannot be rescheduled to another weekend or public holiday.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up on your preferred date and time, the ticket will lapse and will no longer be valid.

Extreme Circumstances

In extreme circumstances such as natural disasters or government-mandated closures, Zootopia – The Funyard reserves the right to evaluate individual cases and may offer a credit for future visits at its discretion.
